Ms. Elaine Levin, Is The Empowerment Center's Associate Executive Director. Ms. Levin directly supervises our Peer Advocacy Program NYWRAC. Ms. Levin is a long time activist in the mental patient movement. Ms. Levin has dedicated herself to the liberation of people embroiled in the mental health system. Ms. Levin has been responsible for the development and expansion of NYWRAC. She has supervised the program for ten years. |
